In case you are not fully satisfied with our product (or the Product is not as described) you may return delivered physical Products within 21 days from the day of delivery only if the Products are not damaged or in any other manner impacted and are fit for resale.
The refund will be issued to you in 21 days after we receive the Product form you and once, we will evaluate that the Product contains all accessories and is suitable for resale. The refund will be made to the bank account through which you have purchased the Products.
Please note that if customer support is not contacted within 21 days of delivery, the product will not be eligible for refund.

The Product(s) must be shipped and handled at your expense (these expenses will not be refunded to you), to the Pulsetto at address Delčios g. 29, Vilnius, LT-08456 Vilnius Republic of Lithuania, by a tracked method; the shipment must be paid in advance by you.
The Product(s) must be packed and shipped in original unaltered package securely. All Product accessories as purchased must be included in the parcel (you may not include a special gel). Product must be condition fit for resale. We are unable to offer a refund for Products which are not fit for resale.
Reasons for which Pulsetto may refuse to issue a refund:
In case Pulsetto will find out that:
· The Product is not working due to any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, such as improper use of the Product
· The Product is damaged, and the damage is caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause
· The Product has Cosmetic damage, such as scratches and dents and due to which it is not possible to resell the Product as a new one.
The following are excluded from refund sum and will not be refunded to you:
· Shipping and handling fee.
· Your membership fee.
In case you were not an original purchaser (e.g., you received the Product as a gift), please note that we can only make a refund to the original purchaser, to the bank account through which the purchase was made.
