Stress reduced nearly by half
Scores fell consistently across the 4-week study period, with improvement observed at both checkpoints.

Why we exist
The problem
Modern life is leaving us stressed, exhausted, and disconnected from our own nervous systems — and most of us have no way to train our way back.
Our mission
We're here to help 100 million people build stronger nervous systems — measurably, one training session at a time.
Our vision
We want training your nervous system to feel as ordinary, and as expected, as training your body already does.
Stress relief implies an escape — something you reach for after the damage is done. We think that's the wrong model entirely.
Stress is trainable. Your nervous system responds to practice, the same way a muscle does. Resilience
compounds into real physiological strength, a few minutes at a time.
From Pulsetto's randomized pilot study, 40 participants. Train it, and you recover faster, sleep deeper, and meet pressure from strength instead of survival — this is the category we're here to lead.
The people behind Pulsetto
Built by an international team stretching from Lithuania, to Ukraine, to Poland, and all the way to Mexico. Neuroscientists, engineers, clinicians, product builders, marketers, and customer support specialists — all working on one thing: helping people build stronger, calmer nervous systems.

Meet the founders
Povilas's father was running out of options – and the one pathway that showed real promise, stimulating the vagus nerve, didn't exist in a form anyone could use at home. Vitalijus was watching his wife battle cluster headaches and migraines that nothing seemed to touch. Both arrived at the same question: why isn't this available to everyone?
So they built it. With a team of engineers and guidance from the neurological community, they compressed what normally takes three years into nine months – and Pulsetto was born. The mission behind it hasn't changed since.
How we work
The principles we live by — no ranking, no rulebook. Just what it takes to build something real.
