Refund and Returns Policy
In case you are not fully satisfied with our product, (or the Product is not as described) you may return delivered physical Products within 30 days from the day of delivery. The products must be in their original packaging, are not damaged or in any other manner impacted.
Returning Pulsetto Products
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pulsetto.tech within 30 days of delivery. Our customer support team will provide instructions and a link to our return portal, where you can generate a prepaid return label.
Note: You do not need to send the product within 30 days, but you must contact us within that time to be eligible for a refund.
To return the product:

Products must be shipped in the original, unaltered packaging, including all accessories originally received. (Please do not include the gel.)

You will receive a return label via our return portal. The cost of the return label ranges from $5 to $35, depending on your location. The portal will guide you through the process and display all applicable costs transparently.
Please note: If you decide to send the return by yourself (without using our service), you agree to take full responsibility for the delivery of the parcel. This means that if we do not receive the parcel or if it is sent to the wrong address and we are unable to retrieve it, we reserve the right NOT to process the refund.
Reasons for which Pulsetto may refuse to issue a refund:

The product is returned damaged due to misuse, accident, neglect, water damage, fire, or other external causes.

The product shows signs of cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches or dents) resulting from improper use.

The product failure is due to causes not related to material or workmanship defects.

The following are excluded from the refund sum and will not be refunded to you:

Shipping and handling fee.

Your subscription fee.
In case you were not an original purchaser (e.g., you received the Product as a gift), please note that we can only make a refund to the original purchaser, to the bank account through which the purchase was made.
Please note - we can only accept the return if it was made from the same country the order was originally sent to.
