Most of us say “I’m fine” when we’re anything but.
We put on a brave face to protect others, to keep up appearances, or because we don’t want to be a burden. But the more we pretend, the more disconnected we feel.
That’s exactly why we started the UNfine campaign.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re inviting you to start challenging the automatic “I’m fine” and make space for something more honest. A moment to take off the mask. To be real, with no judgment, and no pressure to fix anything.
By sharing your own UNfine moment, you might help someone else realize they’re not alone. That it’s okay to feel heavy. That showing up—imperfect and human—is more than enough.
Because loneliness grows in silence. But it starts to fade the moment we speak up and truly connect.
Let’s make UNfine a conversation worth having.

This is your safe space. No judgement. Just release.

We’re done pretending we’re fine. At Pulsetto, we believe in being real with ourselves and each other. Read our truths, and if you’re ready, share yours.

Pulsetto CMO
"When you don't allow yourself to feel certain emotions or reject what you're feeling, you're also rejecting a part of yourself. But you are whole and perfect just as you are. You carry a wide, meaningful range of feelings. So feel - cry, rejoice, grieve, celebrate, BE.#UNfine is about letting yourself be all that you are."

Communication manager
"In life, I’ve learned two hard (and slightly painful) truths: never run near a glass door without your glasses and the best gift you can give yourself is honesty. That second one? It’s the reason we created a space for the moments most people keep quiet, the “unfine” ones. We all have them and my hope for anyone reading this is to embrace every version of you. You’re not amazing because you’re always fine. You’re amazing because you keep showing up, even when you are not."

Head of Growth
"This period at work is intense — major projects, tight timelines, everything hitting at once. Just when I handle one thing, another pops up like a dragon head. I’ve been working 12-hour days, and somehow still feel like I need to show up 100% at home too. I try to compensate for the stress at work by keeping everything in order — meals, routines, energy. But my body’s exhausted. The truth? I’m not fine — I’m just trying to keep it all under control."

Brand manager
"Sometimes I try so hard to fit in, do things right, be the perfect wife, friend, team member. Support everyone, be there, do my best.
But in all that… I kinda lose myself.
Inside, I feel what I just need a break. To be me - with my insecurities, my stupid moments, my boring ones too. Not “on,” not performing. Just me.
I’m learning to let myself be more real. Still need reminders though - there’s no such thing as perfect. And that’s okay. "

UX/UI designer
“Everyone calls me strong and honest. But I lie to myself more than anyone else ever could. I question my worth in every success, and every mistake feels like proof that I’m not enough. Maybe strength isn’t about winning. Maybe it’s just about not giving up on myself.”

Hi, we’re Vitalijus and Povilas - co-founders of Pulsetto.
We built a product that’s helped thousands relax, reset, and breathe a little easier.
But the truth is, whatever’s going on inside – the stress, the thoughts, the weight you carry, they don’t just disappear.
You can’t let it go until you let it out.
That’s why we started this movement. To create a space where you can be real.
Where you can say what’s true, and finally admit what feels UNFINE - and not feel alone in it.
We don’t know how long this campaign will run. Maybe a day. Maybe a year.
But while it’s here, it’s yours. No pressure. No pretending.
Just space to breathe.
