As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Social media specialist. 

Objectives of this role:

• Own Pulsetto’s social media presence with a clear focus on growth, brand visibility, and engagement
• Translate complex wellness tech into compelling, relatable content that builds community and drives conversions
• Ensure consistent execution of our brand voice, visual identity, and campaign messaging across all channels
• Monitor and optimize content performance with a data-first mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute a strategic content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Create high-impact content that engages, educates, and converts - including short-form video, carousels, copywriting, and creative direction
• Analyze platform metrics and audience insights to inform content strategy and report on KPIs weekly and monthly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, performance, and product teams to support product launches and brand campaigns
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities to keep Pulsetto at the forefront of the conversation

Ideal Background & Skills:

• 1+ years experience in social media or digital content marketing
• Proven ability to grow social accounts and manage content with measurable ROI
• Analytical mindset with deep familiarity using Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and wellness industry dynamics
• Bonus: Experience in DTC wellness, tech, or health sectors

Salary range: 2000-3000 EUR gross
