Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Purchasing Manager to support and improve procurement, logistics, and supply chain processes. You’ll collaborate with Quality, Finance, Design, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely sourcing of components, smooth internal processes, and effective stock management.

You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders in the ERP system and ensure accurate procurement documentation (invoices, payments, deposits)
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Support issue resolution and improvements across procurement processes
- Coordinate inbound logistics – from suppliers to our manufacturing site in Lithuania
- Maintain communication with Lithuanian assembly facilities to ensure component stock sufficiency
- Manage relationships with local logistics partners to ensure cost-effective domestic transport
- Organize shipments from Lithuania to international warehouse locations for last-mile delivery
- Generate and maintain inventory reports for multiple warehouse locations
Qualifications:
- Experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus)
- Understanding of customs procedures for import/export
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- English proficiency for day-to-day work
Nice to Have:

- Cross-functional collaboration experience with engineering or product teams
- Leadership potential or experience running small projects or initiatives
