We're seeking a creative and strategic Senior Influencer Manager to build impactful partnerships across multiple platforms, develop relationships with brand ambassadors, and drive the growth of our brand. This role goes beyond traditional influencer outreach - we want someone with a big-picture mindset, capable of developing innovative campaigns across various social platforms and engaging high-profile brand ambassadors in the health and wellness space.

Role Overview:

The Influencer Manager will be responsible for driving influencer marketing strategies across multiple platforms - including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social channels. You’ll form partnerships not only with content creators but also big brand ambassadors who align with our wellness and healthtech vision. This person will manage campaigns from strategy development to performance tracking, ensuring every collaboration drives results and fosters long-term brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Platform Influencer Outreach & Strategy: Identify and engage influencers and content creators across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels, ensuring alignment with our brand values and target audience.
  • Brand Ambassador Partnerships: Develop and nurture partnerships with high-profile brand ambassadors and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the wellness, fitness, and healthtech space, creating long-term collaborations that elevate brand credibility and reach.
  • Creative Campaign Development: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to co-create authentic, engaging content that showcases our products in innovative ways across different platforms, beyond traditional product placements.
  • Performance Tracking & ROI Measurement: Analyze and report on campaign success using key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement, conversions, ROI, and other metrics, ensuring results align with overall marketing goals.
  • Contract Negotiation & Partnership Terms: Lead the negotiation process with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors, ensuring fair terms and compliance with legal, budgetary, and brand guidelines.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and content) to ensure alignment on brand messaging, campaign execution, and goals across all influencer and ambassador initiatives.
  • Industry Trend Research: Stay informed on the latest trends across multiple platforms, emerging influencers, new content formats, and platform-specific best practices in the wellness and healthtech sector.
  • Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Bring creative, unconventional approaches to influencer outreach, using non-traditional methods to engage hard-to-reach influencers and brand ambassadors and establish our presence in the competitive wellness space.

Key Requirements:

  • E-Commerce Experience: Proven success in managing influencer campaigns for physical products in e-commerce, focusing on driving sales, conversions, and brand growth.
  • Multi-Platform Expertise: In-depth understanding of multiple social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others, and how to leverage each platform’s strengths for maximum campaign impact.
  • Brand Ambassador Relationships: Experience building and managing partnerships with high-profile brand ambassadors and KOLs, particularly in the wellness, fitness, or healthtech industries.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to measure the performance of influencer campaigns, calculate ROI, and analyze conversion and engagement data to optimize strategy.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of negotiating successful contracts with influencers and brand ambassadors, balancing brand needs with budget constraints.
  • Passion for Wellness & Healthtech: Genuine interest in the wellness, fitness, and healthtech space, with a deep understanding of the industry's trends, influencers, and consumer behavior.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and strategically, developing non-traditional approaches to influencer marketing and forming relationships with key industry players.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work seamlessly with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

Qualification:

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in e-commerce or wellness/health tech sectors.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Proven success in forming relationships with high-profile brand ambassadors.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate influencer campaign performance, track ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Exceptional communication in english, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
