How Protection Plan Works:

Order Protection plan along side with Pulsetto device or alone.
Activation
Protection plan will be automatically activated 14 days after purchase.
New Order
After investigation of your case you will get a 50% OFF discount for your new device.
What’s not covered?

- ✖ Normal wear and tear.
- ✖ Loss before activation.
- ✖ Accessories (gel, cables, chargers)
- ✖ Devices damaged due to modifications or misuse
- ✖ Devices lost before plan purchase
- ✖ Loss or theft with no supporting evidence.

One-time use only. Claim must be submitted within 12 months of original purchase.

Photo or video evidence of damage
Loss/theft: signed form / police report
Return required for damaged devices. NNo return needed for verified loss/theft (with proper documentation)
