Position Overview:

As Pulsetto continues to scale, ensuring reliable and efficient production at our partner sites is critical. We're looking for a hands-on and proactive Manufacturing Quality Specialist to drive daily execution at external manufacturing sites and support onboarding, quality control, and continuous improvement efforts.

This is a high-impact role that connects day-to-day operations with strategic growth. If you enjoy being close to the action, solving operational puzzles, and building scalable systems – this one’s for you.

You'll work closely with the Head of R&D and cross-functional teams in Product and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations at subcontractor sites and ensure production plans are executed on time
  • Monitor production quality and ensure alignment with technical standards and documentation
  • Set up structured feedback loops on defects and drive corrective actions with suppliers
  • Perform audits and assess capacity at existing and potential partners
  • Support onboarding and training of new manufacturing partners
  • Develop and document scalable assembly processes for easy replication
  • Act as the key link between Pulsetto and external sites – aligning on delivery, quality, and capacity
  • Track and report manufacturing KPIs: delivery rates, scrap, defect rates, yields, and more
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (cost, quality, lead time)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in quality management area (ideally in electronics or consumer/medical devices)
  • Practical knowledge of assembly processes, and production ramp-up
  • Experience onboarding new suppliers or scaling production across sites is an advantage
  • Strong communication and training skills for working with supplier teams
  • Willing to travel frequently to subcontractor locations
  • Fluent in English

💶 Gross salary: €2000–€2700/month
