Role Overview:
We are looking for a Brand & Communications Manager to oversee press relations, social media, brand communication, and visual identity while also managing event preparation such as exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations. This role ensures a consistent and impactful brand presence across all communication channels while aligning with our overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Communication & Messaging
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
- Craft key messaging and brand narratives for campaigns, product launches, and corporate initiatives.
- Ensure internal teams, executives, and external partners align with brand messaging.
Public Relations & Media Management
- Write and distribute press releases, securing media coverage in key industry outlets.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media professionals.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management strategies.
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Oversee and execute social media content strategy, ensuring brand consistency.
- Work with content creators and designers to develop engaging digital content.
- Monitor engagement, trends, and community feedback to optimize brand perception.
Event Planning & Exhibition Management
- Lead the branding and communication strategy for exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Coordinate event branding, booth design, and promotional materials in collaboration with designers and agencies.
- Manage PR and social media coverage before, during, and after events.
- Ensure a seamless experience for brand activations, speaking engagements, and sponsorships.
Visual Identity & Brand Consistency
- Ensure all branding materials align with the company’s visual identity guidelines.
- Approve and oversee creative assets, including website content, brochures, presentations, and packaging.
- Work closely with designers and agencies to maintain a fresh, modern, and consistent brand image.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track media coverage, brand sentiment, and social media analytics.
- Report on key metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Gather feedback and measure success for events and PR initiatives.
Ideal Background & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in brand management and communications.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills for press releases and content.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital communication.
- Experience in event planning and managing exhibitions/conferences.
- Eye for design and ability to enforce brand identity (very important)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partners (PR agencies, event planners, designers).

Salary range: 3000-4500 Eur (gross)
