Welcome
Welcome to the Pulsetto community. We encourage respectful discussion, questions, and feedback — including critical feedback. To keep this space safe, constructive, and compliant, we moderate our social media channels in accordance with the guidelines below.
These Guidelines apply across all Pulsetto social media channels. In addition, all users must comply with the rules and terms of the platform on which they engage.
1) Be respectful
Do not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory, including content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
2) Keep people safe
Do not post content that includes or promotes:
-
Threats of violence or graphic violent material
-
Encouragement, promotion, or instructions related to self-harm
-
Sexual content involving minors or any form of exploitation
-
Illegal activity or dangerous instructions, including content that could enable harm
If we identify credible threats or an imminent risk of harm, we may escalate the matter to the relevant platform and/or appropriate authorities, where necessary.
3) Protect privacy
Do not share personal or private information (your own or others’), including addresses, phone numbers, private email addresses, identity documents, financial details, or sensitive health information.
For your safety, please avoid posting personal details publicly. If you require assistance from our team, use our official support channels rather than sharing personal information in comments.
4) No spam, scams, or impersonation
We may remove content that we consider spam, including (but not limited to):
-
Repetitive or mass-posted messages across multiple posts
-
Promotional flooding or unsolicited advertising
-
Deceptive links, phishing attempts, or scam-related content
-
Attempts to redirect users to unofficial or misleading accounts
Impersonation of Pulsetto, our employees, creators, partners, or community members is not permitted and may be reported to the platform.
5) Respect intellectual property
Only share content that you own or have permission to use. We may remove content that appears to infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
6) Promotions and solicitations
Unapproved advertising, repetitive promotions, or solicitations may be removed unless explicitly invited by Pulsetto (for example, as part of an official campaign, collaboration, or contest).
7) Health and wellness notice
Our content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. If you have a medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not report medical emergencies in comments — contact local emergency services immediately.

8) How we moderate
To enforce these Guidelines and maintain a safe community environment, we may, at our discretion, take actions including:
-
Hiding or deleting comments and posts that violate these Guidelines or platform rules
-
Restricting accounts, limiting interactions, or blocking repeat offenders
-
Reporting content or accounts to the relevant platform
-
Preserving evidence (such as screenshots or logs) for safety, legal, or compliance purposes
-
Escalating serious safety concerns or suspected illegal activity when appropriate
We are not required to provide advance notice before taking moderation action. Decisions are made based on context, severity, and patterns of repeated behavior.
If you believe a moderation decision has been made in error, you may submit an appeal via our support channel:
