If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in a Pulsetto product, app, or website, please tell us at [email protected]. Include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue (affected product/firmware version, steps, and any supporting evidence).
We ask that you give us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and address a report before disclosing it publicly, and that you avoid accessing or modifying other users' data. We will not pursue legal action against anyone who reports a vulnerability in good faith under this policy.
We aim to acknowledge reports within 5 business days and will keep you updated on our progress."
