It’s in a handy tube which fits in the case with my Pulsetto. I thought that the packaging was overdone. Environmentally irresponsible, and you could easily use something less grandiose.
Pulsetto Conductive Gel works great with the device and is reasonably priced. I use it each time for an hour or more, 2-3 times a day.

I never thought this plastic looking gadget would help with my cortisol issues BUT IT DOES! Been using it for nearly 2 months now, mostly focused on gut health & inflammation due to digestive dysfunction. Also use it occasionally for sleep, stress, and headache. Working well with my vagus nerve, noticing improvement with my stomach’s digestion. Still early in the process but at this point would definitely recommend to others struggling with digestive health concerns where vagus nerve is compromised.

The travel case has a nice hard shell exterior, sturdy zipper, clip to attach if you do not want to use the travel bag, the unit, conductive gel and charging cord fit nice and snug. It’s truly perfect to keep my Pulsetto safe while traveling!

I recommend a small towel to clean your neck and the electrodes. Use is easy and carefree. Your progress is tracked in the application.

I noticed deeper sleep after the first day. I continue to use it daily for pain management and sleep. I am only getting up one to two times a night to go to the bathroom and go right back to sleep. The NET Fit is more substantial in construction, more comfortable on the neck with its choice of pads as well as feels stronger in it pulses. The Lite is better suited for petite people and not those who are XL and up.
I use my Pulsetto device any instance that I feel stressed, can’t sleep, experiencing gut issues due to Gastroparesis and symptoms of Fibromyalgia. Pulsetto gives me much relief.
Since I started using this device, it has helped me tremendously with my sleep. I had been struggling with insomnia, and the difference has been remarkable. I feel calmer, more relaxed, and overall much better. I recently went on vacation and even took it with me, that’s how much of a difference I notice. I wanted to feel that same sense of calm while away, and it truly helped. I also love the app and how intuitive it is. Being able to tell the app how I’m feeling and having it create the stimulation I need is amazing. I genuinely love this product. I have given the Pulsetto four and 1/2 stars. I was slightly disappointed in the fact that I hadn’t seen a lot of changes in my sleep patterns. However, I have to be fair, and I am definitely seeing the changes in other areas of my life; anxiety, calm, reaction, patience, and even more energy in my daily tasks. I am hoping that if I am consistent and continue to follow the plans, the meditation right now being my very favorite, I will begin to see stronger changes in my sleep patterns. Thank you, Pulsetto. It just seems such a hassle to have to put the glue on your neck and the actual feeling that you get when that thing is running it is not pleasant at all
Having tried other electrical and/or magnetic stimulation products before, the Pulsetto experience is unique and enjoyable. It does wonders alleviating my chronic neck pain, making "chores" like watching TV or reading books much more enjoyable and relaxing.
This works great for my dysautonomia and gastroparesis. It has helped relieve the stomach pain more than anything I have ever used.

The conductive gel is water soluble and cleans up very easily after my Pulsetto session is completed.

I really love these wipes! I have extremely sensitive, acne prone skin and for the first two weeks of using my Pulsetto, I was only using a tissue to remove the gel. I started getting small pimples on my neck! Since using these wipes, my device is clean and disinfected daily and my neck is clear again! I love knowing that they’re safe to use on my Pulsetto and that they’re convenient and affordable as well!
So easy to use, it is now part of my nighttime routine. I put it on when I crawl into bed and run several different sessions before falling asleep. I appreciate that it's handsfree so I can read or just relax and focus on my breathing as it does its job.

I have been implementing it daily for the past three weeks, I have noticed a great effect in pain or mediation as well as helping with sleep. I have also had it reduce anxiety during times of high stress. I would recommend people to try it to see if it works for them. It has been highly effective for me.
