01 I cannot log in to the app

02 My Device Won’t Connect. What Should I Do?
  • Make sure your Bluetooth is enabled and Location Services are turned on.
  • Close the app and reopen it.
  • If necessary, delete the app and reinstall it.
  • If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact us at info@pulsetto.tech. We will ask you to complete this form in order to solve the issue ASAP
03 Why my location services are required to be on?

To offer you a personalized experience based on your location, both Google Play and Apple Store require us to make location services mandatory.

04 My button is stuck, what should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If the power button becomes stuck, you can easily fix it by following this instructional video.

05 My battery isn’t charging

The device does not indicate when the battery is fully charged. One hour of charging is sufficient. It is normal for the device to blink, even if the color is red, as the color does not indicate the battery status. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@pulsetto.tech., and our Support team will assist you further.

06 I can’t feel any sensation

While using Pulsetto, you should experience a mild tickling sensation. If you are unable to feel it, please consider the following:


1. Ensure that you have applied enough Pulsetto gel to the area where you can feel your pulse.


2. Increase the intensity of the program you have selected.



Depending on the state of your nervous system, it may take up to a few months of consistent use to begin feeling the sensation and seeing results. It's important to note that some users may not feel the tickling sensation but still experience positive outcomes, such as improved sleep, increased calmness, or reduced pain. We recommend using Pulsetto consistently for one to two weeks to ensure you don't observe any results. If you are dealing with a specific condition, consult with your doctor to understand how your body should react to Vagus Nerve Stimulation.

07 My left/right side is stronger than the other one

t’s normal to notice differences between the left and right side during stimulation. This can happen for a few reasons—personal sensitivity, natural differences in how your body responds, or even the way the device is positioned.

You can safely stimulate just one side (left or right) without losing effectiveness. To do this, apply gel only on one side or adjust the settings in the app.
