It’s in a handy tube which fits in the case with my Pulsetto. I thought that the packaging was overdone. Environmentally irresponsible, and you could easily use something less grandiose.

It has not worked for months and I have not been able to return it. The email says click on what I want to return then says invalid. Now I have been charged over $68.00 for a membership on a machine that doesn't work. I have come to the conclusion that Pulsetto is a fraud company that has no customer service and though I used it faithfully buyers be aware that Pulsetto doesn't care about their customers or services.
I recommend a small towel to clean your neck and the electrodes. Use is easy and carefree. Your progress is tracked in the application.

The NET Fit is more substantial in construction, more comfortable on the neck with its choice of pads as well as feels stronger in it pulses. The Lite is better suited for petite people and not those who are XL and up.
