Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Pulsetto Advocate Program (“Program”) is operated by Pulsetto (“we,” “us,” “our”). The Program allows existing Pulsetto users (“Advocates”) to refer new customers (“Friends”) in exchange for rewards as described below. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
To participate as an Advocate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Be an existing Pulsetto customer with a valid account.
- Provide accurate and truthful personal information (name, surname, email address).
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. How the Program Works
3.1 Advocate Registration. Advocates register by providing their first name, surname, and email address through the Pulsetto Advocate Widget. Upon registration, Advocates receive a unique referral link and a confirmation email containing that link.
3.2 Sharing the Referral Link. Advocates may share their unique referral link with Friends through the available sharing methods (email, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, direct link copy, or other methods provided).
3.3 Friend Registration. When a Friend opens the referral link, they will be directed to the Friend Widget where they can register by providing their first name, last name, and email address. Upon registration, the Friend receives a unique discount code worth $50 off their first Pulsetto purchase. This code is displayed in the widget and also sent to their email.
3.4 Friend Purchase. The Friend must apply the discount code at checkout during their first Pulsetto purchase. The $50 discount is valid only on the first purchase and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
3.5 Advocate Reward. Once the referred Friend completes their first purchase using the discount code, the Advocate will receive 3 months of Pulsetto Premium at no additional cost. The Advocate will be notified via email. Please allow 1–3 business days for the Premium subscription to be activated.
4. Referral Rewards
The following rewards apply to the Program:
- For the Friend: $50 off their first Pulsetto purchase.
- For the Advocate: 3 months of Pulsetto Premium, activated within 1–3 business days after the Friend’s qualifying purchase.
Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Pulsetto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue rewards at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct
Advocates agree not to:
- Self-refer by creating multiple accounts or using their own referral link to make a purchase.
- Share referral links through spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or any form of mass distribution that violates applicable anti-spam laws.
- Post referral links on coupon aggregator websites, deal forums, or similar platforms without prior written consent from Pulsetto.
- Use paid advertising (including but not limited to search engine ads, social media ads, or display advertising) to promote their referral link unless expressly authorized by Pulsetto.
- Misrepresent the Program, Pulsetto’s products, or the rewards available.
- Use the Program for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose.
Violation of any of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of Program participation, forfeiture of pending rewards, and revocation of previously awarded rewards.
6. Discount Code Terms
- Each discount code is valid for a single use only.
- The discount code is applicable only to the Friend’s first purchase on pulsetto.tech.
- Discount code is only applicable for Pulsetto Device purchase.
- The discount code cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated.
- Discount codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Pulsetto reserves the right to set expiration dates on discount codes. Any expiration will be communicated at the time the code is issued.
- Minimum order value of $220
7. Privacy and Data
By participating in the Program, Advocates and Friends consent to the collection, use, and processing of personal information (name, surname, email address) for the purposes of administering the Program, delivering rewards, and sending Program-related communications.
All personal data collected through the Program is handled in accordance with the Pulsetto Privacy Policy (available at pulsetto.tech/privacy). We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to administer the Program or as required by law.
The Program is powered by the IMPACT platform. By participating, you also agree to IMPACT’s data processing terms as they relate to referral program administration.
8. Email Communications
By registering for the Program, participants agree to receive the following transactional emails:
- Advocates: Referral link confirmation email and reward notification email (upon successful Friend conversion).
- Friends: Discount code confirmation email.
These are transactional communications related to Program participation and are not marketing emails. You may contact [email protected] with questions about these communications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulsetto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Program, including but not limited to loss of rewards, inability to use discount codes, or technical failures.
Pulsetto’s total liability under the Program shall not exceed the value of the rewards earned by the Advocate.
10. Program Modification and Termination
Pulsetto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. In the event of termination, Advocates will be given a reasonable period to redeem any pending rewards earned prior to termination.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on pulsetto.tech and/or communicated via email. Continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
Advocates may not use the Pulsetto name, logo, trademarks, or other intellectual property in connection with the Program except as expressly provided through the sharing tools within the Program. Any unauthorized use of Pulsetto’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pulsetto is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under the Program shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in that jurisdiction.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
