As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate eCommerce Manager to lead our accessory and upsell growth across our Shopify stores.
What You’ll Do:
As the eCommerce Manager for Upsells & Accessories, you’ll be at the heart of driving revenue by optimizing our sales funnels, developing dynamic pricing strategies, and identifying new accessory opportunities. You’ll work alongside our product development, marketing, and customer experience teams to make sure the best accessory products reach our customers, driving both growth and customer satisfaction.
Your Impact:
- Research & Strategy: Identify new accessory and upsell opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.
- Pricing & Testing: Create and test pricing models, bundling strategies, and promotional offers to maximize sales.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales data to improve upsell performance and product offerings.
- Inventory & Demand Planning: Work with logistics to forecast demand and ensure we’re always fully stocked.
- Sales Funnel Optimization: Optimize upsell and accessory funnels to boost conversions and revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless promotions and cohesive customer journeys.

What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a focus on upsells, accessories, or similar product categories.
- Proven success in driving online sales through strategic pricing and product bundling.
- Experience with sales funnels, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify).
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the healthtech or wellness industry.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and post-purchase upsell strategies.
Gross Salary: 3000-3500 EUR, depending on your experience.
